This morning we left Miller Lake around 8am.
After descending for a few miles, we climbed up to Benson Pass.
Then we hiked down 2,500 feet with one small uphill, we spent the majority of the day hiking over a series of steep uphills and downhills. We took a break by Smedburg Lake in the afternoon, so Sean could fish.
We had to cross some streams; as much as we’d rather keep our feet dry, stream crossing has become part of our routine multiple times a day.
We then hiked to a small lake where we called it a night.
