After a rough day on trail yesterday, we decided to take a zero in Idyllwild. It’s a very cute little town! We were able to spend time with some other hikers, get some chores done, and finally pick up our UPS box! Sean reinforced his pack frame with a piece of plastic tubing from a hardware store in town. Hopefully, it holds until we can pick up the new frame in Big Bear.
We’re looking forward to getting back on trail tomorrow.
Just finished reading your entire blog. I’m loving the pictures. I’ve been dreaming of doing the trail in the next few years and your pics are motivation! Keep it up!
