With the road back to Newfound Gap still iced over and closed, we were forced to spend another day in Gatlinburg.

To make things worse, the tv in the room stopped working!

Eventually we went out into town and I found a mini horse!

We heard from the NOC, that the park is going to open the road tomorrow as soon as the temperature gets above freezing (hopefully around midday).

We are planning on going up to the NOC tomorrow, and as soon as the road opens, hitch a ride to the gap so we can finally get back on the trail.
