Woke up to rain still falling so we waited it out on the shelter for a couple hours before hitting the trail.

When it let up a bit,  Fresh, Karaoke and I hit the trail for the wet, rocky three mile descent into Duncannon.

We split up in town,  they went to resupply and I went to get pancakes!

Afterwards, we met back at the (in)famous Doyle hotel, at the bar for lunch.  Another thru hiker,  Fifty, came in and the four of us ended up drinking beer and playing pool until about 4pm.

Afterwards,  we still had about a 14 mile trek through town and back up into Tyne woods to make it to the shelter for the night.

After the climb,  the trail was full of boulders and wet rock faces, making for slow, careful hiking

Eventually the trail leveled out and I made it to the shelter.  The rain had stopped, but was still blowing off the trees,  so I put the tarp up over the hammock to keep dry.
