We started our morning with a small climb while passing some lakes.

The trail then flattened out into little uphills and downhills. There were some exposed meadows but mostly expanses of evergreens.

Near the end of the day we had a decent descent to our planned campsite.

We made camp for the night near East Hopkins Seep. The seep was dry but luckily we had collected water at a reliable creek about a mile before camp.
