We only had to hike a few miles to reach Mammoth Lakes this morning! We slept in until 6:30am before hiking down the Mammoth Pass/Horseshoe Lake trail.
Near the trailhead we passed Horseshoe Lake.
Sean left his makeshift trekking pole at the trailhead hoping it helps someone else.
Mammoth Lakes has a free bus system! We waited at the trailhead and took the trolley into town.
We spent the rest of the day completing town chores, glad to be out of the mountains after 12 days!
