Day 44: 5/7/2021

by | May 11, 2021 | Pacific Crest Trail | 3 comments

This morning we grabbed breakfast burritos and coffee from Big Blue Bear before getting a ride from a trail angel out of Kernville to Walker Pass. We reached Walker Pass around 10am and proceeded to climb approximately 2,500 feet.

The majority of the afternoon was full of pointless ups and downs. We followed a ridgeline most of the time.

We eventually made it to this water source: Joshua Tree Spring.

We pushed past the spring to camp dry. Today is our 6 month-iversary! We made popcorn to celebrate!

Happy Monthiversary! The 6-month Anniversary is the Popcorn Anniversary, I guess. Looking forward to celebrating your Paper Anniversary in November.
