Had a great pancake breakfast made by Scott at the hostel, before heading back out on the trail.

The first five miles or so,  were very flat, through a forest of towering trees and made for some easy hiking.

The trail passed over an active railway. Luckily, I didn’t run into a train.

I stopped for lunch at a little picnic area near a stream called Tucker’s Lane. After lunch,  my Allergies got really bad.  Started sneezing and had a runny nose the rest of the day. It made for some miserable hiking.

I felt pretty bad and came close to stopping after 15 miles. But in the end,  pushed through and made it to my planned camping spot near a shelter and rested up for the Rollercoaster in the morning.
